Nancy Kricorian is a New York City-based writer and activist. She is the author of the novels Zabelle, Dreams of Bread and Fire, and most recently All The Light There Was, which is set in the Armenian community of Paris during World War II. She is currently at work on a new novel about Armenians in Beirut during the Lebanese Civil War.
She first attended the 2010 Palestine Festival of Literature and has since returned to Palestine to teach workshops. Her moving essay, Stories from the Armenian Quarter, is her contribution to our anthology, This is Not a Border.
