Entitlement / Temperament

Monday April 8th, 7pm

Bethlehem, Dar Yusuf Nasri Jacir for Art & Research

Two talks & a conversation:

Keller Easterling
Mahdi Sabbagh
Mabel Wilson

In Entitlement, Mabel Wilson discusses citizenship, whiteness, and privilege in relationship to dispossession and land in the American context.

In Temperament, Keller Easterling remarks on the disposition or temperament immanent in spatial arrangements—the undeclared violence or relief from violence that they embody.

Following the two short lectures, there will be a discussion and a Q&A moderated by PalFest 2019’s co-curator, Mahdi Sabbagh.
