Do you ship to my country?

 

We ship worldwide. If you are based in the US, we ship via USPS. Everywhere else in the world, we ship via Royal Mail. Postage is included in the cost of your subscription. 


I’m subscribing in the middle of a month, which package will I get?

 

As long as you subscribe before the next Bookshelf pick is announced, you’ll be mailed the package that is on our website as the current pick. For example, if you subscribe in July, you’ll receive the June/July package, followed by the August/September pick at the beginning of August.


Can I pause my subscription?

 

Yes, just email us at bookshelf@palfest.org and we can pause your subscription. You won’t be charged or receive any further mailings until you email us to restart.


My package hasn’t arrived, how can I find out where it is?

 

You can email us at bookshelf@palfest.org and we can track the package for you.


I need to update my address, how do I do that?

 

You can log in to your Bookshelf account here and update your address.


I need to update my payment information, how do I do that?

 

You can log in to your Bookshelf account here and update your payment information.


When will you announce the next Bookshelf pick?

 

We announce the next subscription pick at the beginning of the first month in each cycle: February, April, June, August, October, December.
