First up, Yara Saqfalhait will lead a discussion that takes its start point from South Asia and Palestine, the dramatic shift in relations in the 21st century, the enduring and multipolar role of empire today. In Palestine for the first time for this discussion are Anjali Kamat — investigative journalist; the best-selling novelist, Mirza Waheed, who was born and raised in Kashmir; and Preti Taneja - whose latest novel, Aftermath was among the most celebrated books of 2022.

Then, Colombian philosopher, jurist and writer Oscar Guardiola-Rivera takes the stage to talk about the strength and variety of Latin American relations with Palestine.
